Corvus recently broke ground on a 167,120 square-foot distribution facility (Westside Ten Industrial) for Phelan Bennett Development & partners GCP & AEW in Brookshire, TX. The project team includes Munson & Associates LLC, TAC Engineering and Pinnacle Structural Engineers. Taylor Schmidt and Robert McGee with Lee & Associates are leasing the project which is scheduled for completion in Q4 of 2022.
