Corvus recently broke ground on this speculative 130,023 square-foot front-loader for Alliance Industrial Company at Park 225 in Pasadena. The project team includes Seeberger Architecture, Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, BNR Structural Engineering, and Riner Engineering. NAI Partners’ John Simons and Gray Gilbert are marketing the project for Alliance, which is scheduled for completion in Q3 of 2022.
