Corvus recently broke ground on their second project this year for Alliance Industrial Company at North 45 Logistics, a multi-building speculative industrial project consisting of 474,000-square-feet of class A institutional buildings on the North side of Houston. The project team includes The Carlyle Group, Seeberger Architecture, Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, BNR Structural Engineering, and Riner Engineering. Travis Land and AJ Williams at Partners are leasing the project for Alliance, which is scheduled to deliver in Q2 of 2023.
