Miguel Stark began his construction career in 2010 in residential but transitioned to commercial in 2015. He quickly developed a passion for the ever-changing complexity of the projects and has expanded his portfolio to include Ground-up and Tenant Interior projects ranging from Oil and Gas Industrial Buildings, High-rise Corporations Buildings, Luxury Senior Assisted Living, Pharmaceutical/Laboratory Buildings and Warehouses. He is an accomplished and experienced Project Manager in all phases of design and constructability, responsible procurement, project management, estimating, budgeting and cost analysis. His enthusiasm, creativity, and team player attitude carry a competitive edge for overcoming challenging issues and is a valuable addition to our team.
