As Vice President & Counsel at Corvus, Sarah Thornton oversees all administrative functions, including, but not limited to Finance, Human Resources, Contracts, Compliance, and IT. Sarah has over fifteen years of experience in transactional law and insurance. In 2008, she began her focus in the areas of business and construction law.
After assuming the role of Vice President & Counsel, Sarah strengthened Corvus’ contracts department, established updated human resource policies and procedures, and supported renewed focus on safety training.
