Sarah Thornton

As Executive Vice President & Counsel at Corvus, Sarah Thornton oversees all administrative functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Contracts, Compliance, and IT.  Sarah has over fifteen years of experience in transactional law and insurance.  In 2008, she began her focus in the areas of business and construction law in the oil and gas sector, transitioning to onshore construction with Corvus in 2017.

After assuming the role of Vice President & Counsel, Sarah strengthened Corvus’ contracts department, established updated human resource policies and procedures, and supported renewed focus on safety training.
